Our Mission

Our mission is to celebrate and champion the diversity, visibility, and rights of the LGBTQ+ community within Bideford and North Devon . We are committed to fostering an inclusive and safe environment where individuals of all backgrounds, identities, and expressions are welcomed, supported, and valued. Through support, advocacy, education and the promotion of love and acceptance, we aim to empower people to be their authentic selves, while creating a space for joy, solidarity, and unity. Bideford Pride seeks to amplify the voices of underrepresented groups, challenge prejudice, and inspire future generations to continue the work of building a fairer and more compassionate society for all.
